LISA Laser Product’s 2 micron surgical lasers offer a wide range of treatments options for many urological conditions.
Treatment of stones with the pulsed Holmium Lasers Sphinx or the dual mode laser RevoLix DUO has become the first choice treatment option for endoscopic lithotripsy of bladder, ureter, and kidney stones. This minimally invasive procedure now is a standard procedure for stone treatment and replaced the ESWL as the gold standard. Using the flexible LithoFib or FlexiFib laser fibre you can reach almost all stone locations in the bladder, ureter, and kidney.
Using a Holmium laser for stone treatment has several advantages:
- High stone free rate after single treatment
- Effective on all kind of stone compositions
- In-procedure control of success
- Less repulsion than other lasers or pneumatic systems
- Flexibility and low diameter of laser fibers
The FlexGuard protects flexible ureterorenoscopes against damage by laser fibers. The flexible ureterorenoscope remains deflected during insertion of the laser fiber and you keep the stone in focus. It saves you costs and time.

In benign prostatic obstruction (BPO), laser vaporisation, resection, or enucleation are alternative treatment options. The standard treatment for BPO remains transurethral resection of the prostate for small to moderate size prostates and open prostatectomy for large prostates. Laser energy is an optimal treatment method for disintegrating urinary stones.

Featured Products
Sphinx Jr. Laser
The Sphinx Jr. holmium laser is the latest development for laser fragmentation and laser dusting of urinary stones. Outstanding features of the Sphinx jr. Holmium laser are efficient stone dusting, high stone fragmentation rate at 18 kW pulse peak power, noiseless operation (Whisper technologytm), intuitive touch screen, real time pulse display and optional single or double pedal footswitch.
Sphinx Laser
The Sphinx laser is a pulsed holmium laser for HoLEP (Holmium Laser Enucleation oft he Prostate) and for lithotripsy. Adjustable laser pulse duration (150 – 600 μs) make the Sphinx highly effective in the fragmentation of calculi with retropulsion control, ablation of hard tissue and soft tissue surgery with hemostasis. The Sphinx litho technology gives access to the most flexible true 200 micron laser fibre LithoFib. The Sphinx Holmium Laser is available at 80 and 100 watt power rating.
RevoLix DUO - combined Thulium and Holmium Laser
The RevoLix DUO is the first laser in urology which covers consistently lithotripsy, endourological soft tissue surgery and open surgery. This versatility is achieved by combining a pulsed Holmium and a continuous wave (cw) Thulium laser in one laser head.

RevoLix Thulium Laser in Urology Surgery
LISA Laser Product’s 2 micron surgical lasers offer a wide range of treatments options for many urological conditions.
BPH Surgery: No other laser offers more BPH treatment protocols. Choose the procedure which is the best for your patient: VapoResektion, VapoEnucleation, and Vaporisation.
Partial Nephrectomy: The tissue interaction of the RevoLix laser allows precise cutting of well circulated tissue like the kidney. The RevoLix therefore is a good tool for tumour excision in partial nephrectomy. The excellent haemostasis allows surgery without or with only a short period of interruption of the blood circulation of the organ.
Benefits of the RevoLix laser:
- Excellent hemostasis
- Treatment of patients under anticoagulant therapy
- Quick recovery time – short hospital stay
- Less postoperative care
- Short catheterization time in BPH treatment
- Precise surgery
- No deep penetration
- Reusable and disposable fibers
- Color neutral safety glasses
