Robert Allen

Chief Financial Officer/ Managing Director of LISA Laser GMBH

Mr. Allen brings 25+ years of global leadership to Finance and Operations under both public and private equity ownership focused on investing in restructuring, turnarounds, M&A, complex carve-outs and other special situations. Robert joined Omni-Guide in 2019 now serving as CFO/ Managing Director of LISA Laser GMBH; responsible for global Finance and Operations across the manufacturing value chain.

Adept on ensuring business viability and/or significantly enhancing infrastructure thru operational excellence creating both sound financial and operational foundation poised for organic and strategic growth.

As a key contributor within mid to large-cap Industry leading enterprises including industrial companies across a diverse array of industries, semiconductor, capital equipment, consumables,  including Polymer materials, branded consumer, healthcare and luxury products, complex manufacturing. Mr. Allen has led and managed global Finance and operations inclusive of manufacturing, capital equipment, and luxury good and consumer companies, and has extensive experience collaborating and integrating strategic business plans in connection with highly complex corporate carve-outs, as well as the acquisition of business or assets as a result of financial restructurings.

Mr. Allen holds a B.S. in Finance and B.S. in Business administration from Northeastern University.
